We are a fast-growing real estate company in search of a proactive and dedicated Real Estate Assistant to support our day-to-day operations.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate does have their real estate license, excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
This position requires the successful candidate to provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing office supplies.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining confidential information and providing general administrative support as needed.
\*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\*

\*\*Showing Properties:\*\* Accompany clients to property site visits and provide information as required.

\*\*Contract Creation & Management:\*\* Draft, review, and manage real estate contracts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3.
\*\*CRM Management:\*\* Oversee our Customer Relationship Management system, ensuring data accuracy, organizing leads, and tracking client interactions.
4.
\*\*Administrative Support:\*\* Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
5.
\*\*Transaction Coordination:\*\* Handle transaction details and documentation to ensure a smooth closing process.
6.
\*\* Warm Lead calls and client follow up.
\*\*Compensation:\*\*
- Base pay of $15.
00 per hour.
- Transaction-based incentives that can lead to an annual income of $40,000 to $80,000.
-Position is part time with potential to go full time in 90-120 days.

- Prior experience in a real estate or administrative role preferred but not essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in common office software and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

* Manage and coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
* Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
* Maintain executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
* Provide general administrative support to the executive team.
* Prepare reports, presentations, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
* Organize and maintain files and records.
* Coordinate projects as assigned.
