Description:
Senior Solutions is a non-medical comprehensive home care agency that trains caregivers who assist our clients with activities of daily living in their own homes.
In recent years, we have also added service lines to help our clients with nutrition by delivering healthy meals from our distribution center to our clients who sign up for our meal services.
The primary focus of this role is providing timely pick-up, delivery, and transfer of meals to clients within the eastern region of the state.
This position will also complete the drop off, installation, and/or pick up of emergency devices (PERS), provide hands-on client care, and other administrative responsibilities on an as needed basis.
Primary Responsibilities
Pick-up, transfer, and delivery of client meals
Pick, deliver, and/or install emergency medical equipment (PERS)
Provides hands-on care, which may include assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, personal hygiene, light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, linen changes, transportation, errands, or other reasonable duties as assigned on an as needed basis.
Assist local operations in additional administrative needs including but not limited to completion of admission paperwork for new clients, delivery of gloves and other supplies to client homes, facilitation of caregiver hiring days, and resolve tablet issues.
Compensation
Lead Caregivers will be paid $15 per hour
Company vehicle will be made available for travel and transport
Mileage reimbursement eligible for use of personal vehicle if company car is not available
Weekly pay via direct deposit
Same Day Pay Available with Tapcheck
Work Environment
Pick up of supplies will be conducted at a designated drop off point
Pick up and delivery of supplies will be conducted in an assigned company vehicle
Supplies will be delivered to the homes of SSHC clients and/or an SSHC regional office
Client care is provided within the residential home of the assigned client
Hiring days and addition administrative support is conducted a SSHC regional office
Schedule
Standard operating business hours are from 8am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday
Flexible hourly basis including days, nights, weekends, and split shifts.
Guaranteed to be scheduled a minimum of 30 hours per week
Ability to work on a rotating weekend schedule at least 2 weekends per month
Requirements:
Valid F endorsement driver's license from the state of TN and clean driving record
Ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items for extended period
Ability to bend, climb, stoop, and stand an average of 5 hours per day
Heavy Work category requires exertion of 50 to 100 lbs.

Willing and able to complete a robust video training program provided by Senior Solutions
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
Possesses a valid driver’s license (required)

Must have reliable transportation with the ability to cover your branch office county.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug testing per company standards
