· Ability to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization – both orally and written · Ability to create and present professional presentations across a variety of settings · Ability to proactively engage workforce, build strong relationships and develop trust · Solution oriented individual with strong critical thinking skills · Ability to multitask and balance competing priorities · Ability to effectively influence people to take action he/she does not directly supervise · Ability to create synergistic cross-departmental relationships · Technical writing ability · Grant writing experience preferred · Ability to develop and implement programmatic and administrative procedures/policies · Ability to develop training material and train others · Ability to track and trend program metrics · Engage with external partners, assisting with strategic planning, initiative implementation, and sustainable growth · Participate in various levels of community outreach and partnership development · Conduct programmatic surveillance and assessments · Develop avenues for programmatic feedback · Works in close partnership with the UCOR behavioral and mental health clinicians and occupational health services to implement a comprehensive program · Stay abreast of emerging trends and industry best practices · Integrate into the DOE community to meet and network with other behavioral and mental health professionals · Strong knowledge of community and regional behavioral and mental health systems and resources *Job-Related Qualifications Required:* *Education: *Master’s Degree or higher with preferred focus in Behavioral Health/Social Services Sciences *Experience*: 8+ years of experience.
*Level Specific Responsibilities*: Under limited supervision, will direct or administer one or more functions of the sustainability and compliance program on the company or project level.
Responsible for programmatic implementation across the UCOR footprint including compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements.
Creates, evaluates, educates, and administers the program to all levels of employees.
Surveys, evaluates, investigates, and gathers information and data as directed.
Provides regulatory interpretation and technical advice.
May provide technical guidance and leadership to the activities of subordinates.
