*Job-Related Qualifications Required:*
*Education: *Master’s Degree or higher with preferred focus in Behavioral Health/Social Services Sciences
*Experience*: 8+ years of experience.
*Level Specific Responsibilities*: Under limited supervision, will direct or administer one or more functions of the sustainability and compliance program on the company or project level.
Responsible for programmatic implementation across the UCOR footprint including compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements.
Creates, evaluates, educates, and administers the program to all levels of employees.
Surveys, evaluates, investigates, and gathers information and data as directed.
Provides regulatory interpretation and technical advice.
May provide technical guidance and leadership to the activities of subordinates.
