Description:
KLF's Mission: Knoxville Leadership Foundation (KLF) serves the Knoxville area by connecting communities of resource with communities of need, while reconciling people to Jesus Christ and to each other.
Responsibilities:
Perform administrative support to all areas of the Elm Street Training Facility, as assigned.
Including but not limited to:
Submits timely purchase requests for KnoxWorx and Operation Backyard staff
Supports leadership with compliance and data analytics as it pertains to reporting and presentations.
Project design, setup, coordination between OBY and KnoxWorx staff.
Emailing, assistance with printing, and maintaining program calendaring and room scheduling.
Responsible for the handling of all Elm Street office calls coming in, in a professional, kind, and helpful manner.
Responsible for copier, printer, and mail log for the accounting team at the beginning of each month.
Responsible for the handling of the daily mail for the Elm Street location.
Responsible for the upkeep of the receptionist/lobby area, kitchen and common areas, such that it is an inviting, welcoming atmosphere for participants and staff.
Oversee the onboarding and employment experience for KnoxWorx participants.
Assisting in supporting with recruitment phone call system, and inputting data in KLF database systems.
Ensures participants are accurately onboarded into the Paylocity system.
Aids participants in their timekeeping and ensuring it is added properly to the Paylocity system.
Picks up checks from Regas building and ensures participants receive them in timely manner.
Oversee the Operation Backyard intake process and follow up.
Provides support for Operation Backyard with application and intake processes, including assessment of families that have minor home repair requests.
Manage follow up surveys with families that receive minor home repair assistance.
Will participate in all appropriate staff meetings, retreats, special events, etc.
as assigned by your supervisor.
Performs other administrative duties as assigned.

Good communication skills (oral and written)
Associates Degree or Higher
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office 2010 Applications
Attention to detail, well-organized and efficient, task-oriented
Desire to partner in KLF’s mission and initiatives to serve the community and meet common goals across programs
